This COVID-19 Relative Risk Rate Calculator helps users gain a general understanding of their individual risk and COVID-19 ex-posure. It takes non-individualized data from public and private sources, collects health and demographic information from us-ers, uses statistical analysis to compare the data sets, and pro-vides results.

These results are intended to inform and help users assess their own COVID-19 risk and exposure, evaluate restrictions and guidelines, and safely manage their actions throughout the lifting of those guidelines. This information is also of general applica-tion to effective safe health practices, even absent a declared State of Emergency.

The application does not collect a user’s detailed health infor-mation of the type that would be obtained by the user’s personal physician. While every effort has been made to calculate COVID-19 relative risk rates as accurately as possible, they are only esti-mates.
